3. Neck Rolls
Relax your neck muscles, then gently tilt your head forward until your chin nearly touches your chest. Slowly roll your head to the right and take about 10 seconds to complete one full circle. Repeat the neck roll motion in the opposite direction for the same amount of time. Repeat this stretch twice more on each side, alternating directions.
