6. Sideways Shoulder and Neck Stretch
Raise your right arm and place your palm on top of your head with your elbow at a 90-degree angle and perpendicular to your right side. Carefully pull your head to the right while keeping your shoulders relaxed, using your fingers to add enough pressure to feel a very gentle stretch in the left side of your neck and the trapezius muscle in your left shoulder. Hold for three breaths and then repeat on the other side.
